Dispute it, and add that they are in violation of the FDCPA and Florida Consumer Protection laws and you have filed a complaint against them with the FTC & Florida Office of Consumer Affairs and with the Tx Bar Association, the Tx BBB & the Col. BBB. I have posted a link to the form letter to be used. File all of the above complaints on-line, if you need specific instructions, e-mail me.
