Take a deep breath, and remember, they have to take you to court and get a judgment against you before they can take anything. Read through some of the posts here, and you will get a lot of information on your situation. You can do a search for Fleet, collection, and just about any other question you have. Sit back and read as much as you can, then wait for one of the "pros" here to answer you with more info. I'm way to new to this to give you more information.
