Question on Re-Ageing accounts

When an account is re-agged, whom do we make complaints to? Do we send to AG, FTC, OC, CA, or CRA? Is there a letter format on whychats site for this? I can't seem to find this info. Account's in question are Sears, reporting a bk as of 2-2003, bk was in 4-1998, last pay was 10-1997. Citi bank, reports bk 2-2003, last pay was 10-1997. I would like to know the acutal procedure to get an account back to the origanial dates, as mine would be falling off cr at the end of this year with original sol dates. Thanks for all the help.
