I just received a letter from the District Attorney in Oklahoma on some bogus checks from 98. I now live in AZ. I don't believe they are mine. I never wrote a check that bounced. I called them and they said to send my signature to see if it is mine. I remember reading on here there no SOL for bad checks. Can I send them a validation letter on those. I want to see what or who signed my name to the check. If its not one thing its another. I just want life to calm down.
