A letter from the OK DA ?? Is this for real ?? Have you checked it out ? Sounds like it could be a scam, especially with them asking for your signature - don't do it !!

Call your bank or the bank you had then and find out if they still have records, better if you have old statements and see if there are any bounced checks. I think banks keep stuff for 7 years, so you could get some info from the bank. I wouldn't do anything with that until you find out whether or not its valid.
