Yes, I agree. However, this thing still has a LONG way to go before its passed in the Senate and could be an up hill battle for a while yet. I'm praying it is anyway. The American Bar Assn. has put out its official protest against this stinker of a bill as it will expose lawyers to huge risks as well as raising fees for bankruptcies and could put legal representation out of the reach of a lot of people. The ABA says that lawyers may stop doing bankruptcies becuase of it !! Now THAT sucks rocks !!
