Thank you, LadynRed, for clarifying that. I should have specified that the House put this through under the radar while the "war" started, but that it has not reached the Senate. Expect more bills to sneak through that will hurt the ordinary citizen while the the distraction of all distractions is going on. Say goodbye to the middle class.
