You've mentioned in past that CAMCO isbeing protected, and in this post you mention FL is protecting these swillsuckers. Am curious to know more, am troubled by FL stories as read here and from personal observation.
There is a group interested in perhaps monitoring some of the court proceedings in this state. Things are beginning to smell more like kangaroo court with the judge on side of the CA scumbags in some areas.
In others, county judges ever election conscious still look askance at out of jurisdiction scumbag collector lawyers harassing the locals, all the more so on the latest fad of time barred SOL suits.
Still, in small claims the 'mediators' provided as a 'free service' via our free taxes are an obvious puppet of the CA lawyers. A number of abuses of elderly and disabled, again, there may be some review of this by a state level group.
Interested in your thoughts on Camco, AssXXXX Acceptance, FA Management and other sleazoids.
