Do not under any circumstances refinance your house with this company. You might just lose it. As long as you are paying down your cards and making your mortgage payments, you are doing fine. Plus, why in the world would you take your 5.9% mortgage and turn it into an 8% one??? Do you know how much extra money in income payments that comes out to??? And except for emergency situations, never turn your unsecured debt into secured debt, particularly against real estate.
