Of course they are being nice if they sell it to a sucker they get paid. If you were dying of thirst in the desert and a dollar bill went floating by in the wind they would be off chasing the cash. I get those offers all the time. My latest was to consolidate my bills and mortgage for the low low price of 11% interest. Also, I guarentee there will be hefty closing costs. In really tiny print mine would have cost me $5000 in closing costs. What a steal. Also, look at the parts where they list what bills you may be paying. They exaggerate everything.
