You never answered my question,were you EVER given the notices of the repossession?
Were you at the same address as ex boyfriend when the car was repossessed? You really need to get yourself a lawyer if you were properly notified of the repo or were at the same address as the ex when HE was notified. They do not have to serve you in person, to get a default judgment against you. Go to my website and find yourself a lawyer, either from NACA or Legal Aid. Unless you are supporting a child, your wages CAN be garnished if they get a judgment against you.
