I never received any notice of the repossession since I left whe I divorced to a new address, but they called me several times to my job, and I explained that I did never drove that car, and we were divorced.
Every time that I found out my ex new telephone number I provided the bank with the info so they could leave me alone, I even gave them his new address so they could find the car, bacause they were telling me that I was responsible for the monthly payment that he was not making. I thought that by towing the car it was going to be over. But noe I received this letter, and it was a big surprise.
If I do bk before they serve me on, Is that an exit way for me not to pay for this car taht I never used.
I live with my parents, my mother has an income of 12k a year, and my father is applying for dissability because he has a brain surgery and he still has another brain aneurysm.
I have to pay the rent, their expenses, the electricity bill, the water, plus everything else for the three of us, that is why I am so scared, and I feel it is not fear for me to pay for something I never used.
If I do bk, can I add this account, or as it is on a lawsuit process there is nothing to do.
I wonder if there is a court day how can they notify me if don't know my new address.
