WOW!!!! Thanks so much...so I should just keep a running journal like in Micorsoft Word of when they call, and what they say? Like they called yesterday, from a Phoenix area code, and told me I had untill the close of business to contact them since I have made no effort to pay. So even though they stomped on my rights, per the FDCA, there is nothing I can do other than file a complaint with the BBB??? UGHHH!!!!
