We are in Arizona. The house she own is exempt because of insufficient equity. ($100,000 is the limit) She purchased it long before we got married. Aa a matter of fact, if we had to get out tomorrow, we would be lucky to get $53,00 with a $42000 note we have already.

So I have to show my income as individual, right? This house is the only thing we own and it is totally exempt so I couldn't see paying several hundred dollars since it is basically a no asset case.
What if we don't file at all? Are we judgement proof? (unless she gets a job)
