You'll have to list your income for the household. Her Child Support income would be utterly exempt. You still have to show ALL household income on the forms though. It should not affect you since you're not filing jointly. SHE has no income but has liabilities.. she's bankrupt already.

Same goes for the assets - personal property, etc. It all has to be listed and the forms specify 'individual' 'spouse' and 'joint'. If the personal property is joint, then HER interest in it would only be half, at best. All personal property is valued at garage sale prices.

What state are you in ? Do you know your exemptions ? Does she have an attorney ?
