Arizona IS a community property State. Any BK you file SHOULD be done by a lawyer, to protect your interests.

If the debts are ALL your wife's.and you have no joint property,and she is not working,and has no attachable assets, you are probably better off letting the judgments hit. They are for 5 years (renewable).

If the cc debts are already charged off, her credit can't get any worse. If they HAVEN't charged off, then she can pick one or 2 low balance or low interest ones to KEEP, and let the others default.
