Can anyone decipher BK reporting?

From Michigan, last dates of pay were pre bk, around 11-1997. Sorry to bug, but this is killing me not knowing how it should report. Does anyone know how it should read with a bk? I filed bk in April 1998, discharged on July 15, 1998. How could I have a balance or any history for 2001 for the first one? And how could I have been 60 and 90 days late in the same month for the second one? If anyone can help I would surely appreciate it!! EXP Scores are up to 579, from a 505!! Thanks for all the help!!
