From Michigan, want to settle out some debts that are still within sol. Dr bills, cross cnty bank, providian, and aria visa. Does anyone know anything about them? I know restrictive endorsments are legal in Michigan. I don't know how they work, and how the letters and checks should be worded. How do you get the company to comply if they cash the check? Any web sites on this? Thanks for the help.
