If you signed an arbitration agreement,they MAY be able to take you to arbitration, but the worse that will happen is that they will win, get a judgment and be able to get a lien against and seize your NONEXEMPT property. Since I doubt that the WHOLESALE value of your '96 jeep is above $1,000. (your exempt amount) they can't take that. Since you re ot working, thy cannot garnish your wages.

Don't worry, just tell them to file against you if they wish to as you have nothing for them to take. IF yo get a summons with an agrement for you to sign agreeing to arbitration, DO NOT AGREE. If they have to sue,you have a better chance of getting of than in arbitration.

When was the last time you had an ON TIME payment with any of these accounts, with NO late charges or past due fees?
