im badly in debt nearly 20000 and without a job living in central fl with crediters scaring me really bad on the phone and threw the mail telling me there going to sue me im broke i own nothing cept a 1996 jeep and i only rent my apt im around 5 months past due on all my cards and one personal loan threw suntrust bank . im getting threats on all the 6 cards and the loan and now one is telling me there taking me to arbitritation and from all what i read im going to lose that so my question is since i have nothing what will they really do besides the threats and will they really take me to arbitriation if i dont own anything . thanks for the imput
