I had a CC that was charged off 4/98. I lived in Massachusetts when I took out the CC. I moved to NH 9/2001 and only since I've been here I started receiving collection letter from Northland Group. Mass SOL is 6 years and NH is 3 years. Does anyone know which one applies to me now? Thanks
