If you are sued in Mass., (and served notice of the suit in NH),the 6 year Mass SOL would apply. If they obtained a default judgment against you in Mass.they would have to file it in NH for it to be enforced against you there.

Many States prohibit a "foreign" default judgment from being perfected in their State.

Plus, if it WERE applied for, you would still have to be given legal notice and be able to contest it.

They CANNOT sue you in NH and use the Mass 6 year SOL.
