Hopefully you are not in a community property state... If the house and mortgage is in YOUR name only, it would not affect HER bankruptcy filing a bit. She wouldn't even have to worry about reaffirmations. Pending lawsuits ?? Again, if the property is NOT in her name, then a judgment creditor could not go after it or place liens on it.
