If a default judgement was given to a bank on an installment loan. How then can it be transferred to a commercial finance Corp and resubmitted? Judgement was granted under one name and Transferred as new judgement under another. Does the buyer of a judgement debt then become OC and able to reinsert judgement five years later under the financial corp name? This has not come up before on cr.
