I did a little research on the florida statutes and apparently before 7/1/87 judgements were for 20 years
between 87 & 94 apparently the legislature messed with the law and allowed for a 10 year extension if filed properly. After 94 they reverted to the 20 year max
Would you possibly know how can I find out whether this judgment was refiled?
Preferably without a phone call. I'm sitting on the beach in mexico with a satellite internet connection and no phone
